Product Description
Introduction:
The vacuum feeding machine uses electric vacuum pump to produce vacuum which directly sends the material to the destination .It reduces human labor and avoid powder pollution .
Feeding procedures:
press the power switch . The spiral air pump starts ruming and produces vacuum.
The reversing valve moves and connects the air pump to the hopper .Meanwhile,the exit door is closed and vacuum is produced.Then the material sucking is started.
The materials enter the feeding room.
After material sucking is finished ,the revering valve is off. The air pump is disconnected with the hopper. The exit door is open and the materials enter the receiving room
When this is over, the back flushing mechanism works and ejects the air and
cleans the filter.once cycle is over.

2. How it works?
Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. and The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern.

Yeah, Bouncing ball or Ultrasonic system could be installed.

5: How long is the warranty?
